CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL COLORADO NAMED CHARITABLE BENEFICIARY OF THE BLUE CHAMPIONSHIP
BERTHOUD, Colo. – Tournament officials announced today that Children’s Hospital of Colorado will be the primary charitable beneficiary of The Blue Championship held at TPC Colorado the week of July 6-12, 2026.
The eighth playing of the official Korn Ferry Tour event will focus on building upon the tournament’s dedication to giving back in the greater Denver nonprofit community by designating net proceeds to one of the nation’s Top 10 pediatric healthcare systems.

The Blue Championship will be one of the premier regular season events on the Korn Ferry Tour and will feature a purse of $1 million. The tournament field will include 156 players competing over 72 holes of stroke play, with a cut to the top 65 players and ties after 36 holes. Upon conclusion of the 25-event season, the top 20 players from the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour Points List will earn PGA TOUR membership for the 2027 season.
Past participants of The Blue Championship include reigning champion Neal Shipley and PGA TOUR winners Austin Eckroat, Chris Gotterup, Ben Griffin, Aldrich Potgieter, Scottie Scheffler, Karl Vilips, and Will Zalatoris, who won the 2020 event.
